This unique take on Yoga involves a mixture of Yoga & Pilates focusing on strength and mobility around the hip and knee joints, as well as core/back health, glute strength and overall stability
The in-house classes are limited to 6 participants, so this is a bespoke and personalised experience. Taking place at an altitude of 2700m above sea level, breath control becomes ever more important as we take yoga back to its high altitude origins.
