Dynamic Pilates takes the slow and considered pace of a standard Pilates session and adds a little pace and fitness conditioning to the mix. This class is intended for all levels, but if you are a beginner or recovering from an injury, please take it at your own pace, pause the video when you need and reconnect when ready. This low impact conditioning session using exercises to strengthen, lengthen, refine and hone the body. With a strong focus on structured breath work and mental discipline, the 40min session will take participants on a strength, endurance and flexibility adventure in self awareness. Remember to strive for awareness not perfection.
