Welcome to Day #6, we continue on the theme of ‘Courageous Heart’ in this 45min Power Yoga practice for hips and hamstring.  This is a part 2 of a 2 part video progression for the week focusing on courage and awareness of the Guna’s. We have a strong focus on balance and introduce a ‘skandasana variation’ to challenge some boundaries.  Lead with heart Yogi’s.
