Welcome back Yogis, its Day #2. As we move through this week, these first few days of this challenge are about finding your groove, turning up for yourself on the mat, saying ‘YES’ to your space and time and ‘NO’ to those aspects that distract, pull attention to rumination and other less than helpful places within ourselves.
