Welcome to Day#3 of the 20 Day Challenge gorgeous Yogi’s. You may be feeling a little sore and perhaps have discovered some new muscles or areas of your body that have long been forgotten or maybe you never knew. This is all part of the discovery process, so well done for making it to your mat. This session is focused on the Hips and releasing tightness and tension from our ‘physical store house’. Stress and trauma get held in our hips, so if this session feels particularly challenging, know that the tightness is a sign of your system ‘holding on to’ the past. By connecting with the breath we bring awareness to the present and allow heal and repair hormone release triggers to do their magic.
