Welcome to your 45min Dynamic Pilates class. We are getting creative with our props today, so grab a sturdy chair and have your mat ready. This is an ALL LEVELS class and will focus on glutes, hamstrings, hip mobility and core. Enjoy a slightly more intensive session for the quads and glutes as we come to standing.
Ensure you keep a focus on the breath, take this at your own pace and as always stop the video anytime you need to practice technique or catch your breath.
