We break down the fundamentals of Power Yoga Vinyasa, a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. All levels are welcome, from beginners needs a strong technique foundation to build from or more advanced Yogi’s wanting to refine their current practice. Learn how to avoid injury and build a strong physical practice which can then evolve into a strong mindfulness and meditation practice.

The 4 weeks course will focus on teaching the correct foundations for a rich yoga life including foundations in alignment, key philosophical aspects of mindfulness, breathing techniques and how to build strength, mobility and flexibility into your lifestyle moving forward.
