What do I need to know?
Essentials for the trip
Essentials would be light comfortable clothing, walking shoes, training clothes, casual clothing, swimwear, hats and sunglasses, insect repellent, sunscreen. Travel documents will need to be submitted prior to departure. You will also need to provide medical clearance to attend a physical training camp. We will need to know of any pre-existing injuries. This will be covered in the registration process.
Do I need vaccinations for a trip to Bali?
Although it isn’t a requirement it is best to check with your GP as you may need a top up of your vaccinations if they were last administered some time ago. Proof of your vaccinations will be required. www.traveldoctor.com.au/destinations/bali
Do I have to attend every session?
No. Although your attendance for the sessions would be beneficial to you, attendance is at your discretion.
What if I arrive at the airport early?
There will be a shuttle service available
Can I stay longer?
The retreat is booked for a limited period and extending your stay is in this instance not
Will my nutritional requirements be satisfied?
We will request your dietary requirements beforehand so the chef is able to take these into consideration
Will it be too advanced for me?
We will assess everyone’s level of fitness on he first day and provide tailored group and individual coaching as appropriate
Will I need a VISA?
You will need a Visa On Arrival (VOS). Simply complete the application card on the plane to minimise the waiting time once you land. www.inbali.org/bali-visa/
